Laundry Services

Queensland Health has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of seeking Offers from Suppliers who possess the capabilities, capacity and experience to provide the Laundry Services as described in this ITO and obtain the best value for money outcome through partnering with Suppliers to explore all service provision options available.

The scope of services includes, but are not limited to, the following:
• Processing of all laundry requirements to the appropriate Australian Standards (AS/NZS 4146:2000) and specification
• Collection and delivery services to and from facilities
• No loss of items
• Basic mending service
• Key performance indicator (KPI) reporting
• Periodic process reviews and assessment to ensure service efficiency targets are set, met and reviewed in accordance with the contract management checklist
