Description
ACMA is seeking a Mail and Freight Services provider for its Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney offices. The Services include:
- Pick up from and delivery to Australia Post incoming and outgoing external mail.
- Processing of internal and external mail, receipt, sort, if required scan/ registration into TRIM (records management system)
- Internal delivery as required at each site.
- Receipt and dispatch of couriered items/ equipment.
- Ad hoc courier services.
- Assisted administrative service as required.
A contract for 5 years is envisaged, subject to annual reviews.
