Station Renovation - Builders Panel

Tenders are invited from builders for inclusion on a panel of service providers who are capable of carrying out works at stations as part of the Station Renovation Project

The type of services to be carried out for each project will include:
(a) Demolition and removal work
(b) Construction of station buildings and waiting shelters including footings and slab
(c) Construction of concrete ramps and stairs
(d) Repairs to wooden station building
(e) Refurbishment of toilet facilities including tiling and plumbing works
(f) Installation of items such as station furniture, housings for monitors and signage
(g) Fencing to corridor and platform
(h) Works to foundations including stumping, underpinning and repairs
(i) General roofing works including repairs and replacement of roof, guttering and downpipes
(j) General Electrical works
The above list is not exhaustive. Queensland Rail may also require panel contractors to undertake other services in addition to the above.
