Request for Quote - Supply Deliver Install and Commission Kitchen Equipment for the Perth Children's Hospital

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) / Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) is seeking to transition from a bulk cooking food production and delivery model for patients, to a Meals on Demand (Mod) / à la carte food production and delivery model. To facilitate this change, the CAHS, requires the provision of commercial grade kitchen equipment.

The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to:

1. Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of necessary equipment, fixtures, and fittings compliant with industry standards, regulations and manufacturers requirements.

2. Testing and commissioning of all installed systems and equipment.

3. Training for staff on the operation and maintenance of the kitchen equipment.

4. Providing comprehensive documentation including warranties, maintenance schedules, and user manuals.

5. In the event that CAHS nominates a Superintendent, the Contractor will avail themselves to the relevant nominated superintendent, in order to supply, deliver, install and commission the equipment.
