Description
The Department of Health seeks to provide all current employees of Queensland Health with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to a common online reference and research collection of clinical information resources – collectively known as the Clinical Knowledge Network (CKN).
The role of the Tenderer will be to:
- Provide clinical information resources (content) and managed services as specified in this Tender;
- Manage the procurement and licensing of content;
- Develop and host a dedicated CKN website;
- Support off-site (remote) and mobile access control and authentication including account and password management for registered CKN users;
- Facilitate user access to content by a range of means including A-Z lists, open URL linking and search functionality;
- Provide monthly usage data required by the Department of Health; and,
- Provide a 24/7 technical and user support (help desk) facility for CKN users.
