Claisebrook Bus Depot - Scope and Technical Criteria Development

The Scope of Work and Technical Criteria (SWTC) has been drafted for the redevelopment of the Claisebrook Bus Depot and includes the construction of a multideck car park and EV charging infrastructure for the CAT bus fleet. The PTA seeks the provision of a suitably qualified contractor with the capability and capacity to redevelop the SWTC for the works at the Claisebrook CAT Bus Depot. The consultant is required to undertake architectural documentation updates, staging revisions, coordination with subconsultants, and preparation of separate Scope of Work and Technical Criteria (SWTC) packages for each stage of the Claisebrook Depot Upgrade. The scope includes all architectural updates, cross discipline coordination, drawing amendments, staging refinement, and preparation of updated technical documentation.
