Electrical Sub Mains Replacement

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Electrical Sub Mains Replacement located in the Parliamentary Annexe Building, located at 69 Alice Street, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

1. Provision of a work methodology to replace sub mains with minimum disruption to parliament operations
2. Provision of a work methodology to access and work on these areas safely
3. Remove all trade waste from site
4. Final Clean
5. Provision of any WHS documentation prior to work commencing to ensure safe operations while on-site at the Parliamentary precinct
