Provision of Statewide Automated Dispensing Cabinet Service

Queensland Health is seeking to:

• Establishing a panel arrangement of one or more suppliers, each engaged under a statewide Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADC) ICT Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the purchase of an enterprise-wide ADC server solution, ADC devices, associated software, support and maintenance and implementation services
• Establishing procurement pathways for the provision of ADC solutions that provide HHSs with the flexibility to engage one or more of the suppliers that form part of a statewide ADC ICT SOA panel arrangement in order to join the federated (the ability for multiple customer sites to leverage a central ADC solution while retaining the ability to apply site specific configuration items and ADC devices when required) ADC capability and underlying technical solution
• Establishing an initial instance from one selected supplier (including providing service for one first HHS site) of an enterprise-wide ADC server that can then be accessed by all HHSs and their healthcare facilities
• Establishing a whole-of-QH central support delivery model
• Ensuring all Supplier ADC solutions and devices remain available through the panel arrangement, for HHS uptake when required (subject to future business case/s).
