Charleville Hospital, St George Hospital and Morven Community Clinic inc. Staff Accommodation - D&C Building Contractor

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a sutiably qualified Design and Construct Concrator to undertake the works described below.

Delivery of standardised health care facilities to five regional sites at Charleville, Morven and St George. All sites will provide clinical and general support services along with various combinations of acute and non-acute spaces and rehabilitation facilities.

All facilities are a like-for-like replacement with no change to existing service provision. Staff accommodation to be provided at each facility with details provided in the Principal’s Project Requirements

St George Hospital (Community and Allied Health)

• Demolish allied and community health facility
• New facility with clinical and general support, non-acute facilities, rehabilitation gym/physiotherapy space
• Additional open plan office module

Charleville Hospital

• Demolish the community health centre and old nurse’s quarters
• New facility with clinical and general support, non-acute facilities, rehabilitation gym/physiotherapy space
• Additional open plan office modules

Morven Community Clinic

• Demolish entire facility
• New facility with clinical and general support, acute and non-acute space
• 1 bed staff short term relief staff accommodation
• 2 acute treatment bays
