Description
Parks Victoria (‘the Principal’) invites the Tenderer to make a submission for the development of the Jells Park Play Space located off Jells Road, Wheelers Hill 3150, Victoria.
Parks Victoria is seeking a fixed lump sum price for;
- The demolition and removal of the existing Yabbie hill playground
- Earthworks to achieved new design levels
- Construction of new nature based playspace including paths, play equipment, planting & irrigation
- New changing places amenity & unisex toilet facilities
This is a fully documented project and will be administered under an amended AS2124 contract
Please note 6 addendums have been issued for this tender to date
