Description
Parks Victoria are seeking a suitable Market research contractor for two rounds of the biennial survey for the Visitor Satisfaction Monitor (VSM) in the 2021/22 and 2023/24 financial years. The Visitor Satisfaction Monitor is conducted to monitor the overall level of visitor satisfaction with facilities and services across the park network. The Visitor Satisfaction Monitor is a longitudinal study, run every two years since 2000. The questionnaire is conducted in face-to-face interviews in park and covers overall satisfaction, service quality, visitor experience, visitor behaviour and demographics. Results are used to assist with park planning and reporting both at a regional and corporate level.
