Provision of Strategic Creative Marketing and Related Services

The Department of Education (the Department) is seeking through this Request an integrated strategic creative services organisation to provide and manage the full range of strategic communications and marketing, creative design, production and distribution services on an “as required” basis. These services are to be provided to the Department’s Corporate Communications and Marketing branch and are to cover all aspects of campaign development from initial strategy to concept design through to production.

The Department regularly implements broad-based communications campaigns to provide information to the community. These campaigns impact on parents, students, and communities across Western Australia. Communicating any changes/programs through these campaigns to the public is vital.

This requirement links to the Department’s key communications and marketing activities and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

 the major Public Education campaign from April 2012 to December 2015.
 public education opportunities.
 major changes in education.

It will also support all other communications and marketing activities undertaken by the Department.
