Description
The Department requires a Service Provider to provide the services of a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Board to be appointed under the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995 (the Regulations).
The Department will use this RFT process to identify a Service Provider to enter into aContract for the provision of the requirement.
The Department expects that the arrangement with the supplier will commence onSeptember 2012, unless a Transition Period is requiredand continue foran initial period of four (4) years, with the possibility of extension for an additional three (3) years.
