Description
Central is seeking to procure a ‘Commercial Off The Shelf’ (COTS) Student Management System (SMS) to replace its current bespoke array of student information management systems. This will consist of:
• A perpetual software license(s) for a SMS software product, able to meet the General and Functional Product Specification;
• Expert services required to implement the proposed solution as per the Implementation Service Specifications, including (but not limited to):
o Systems Analysis;
o Installation;
o Configuration;
o Customisation;
o Data Migration;
o Integration;
o Testing; and
o Training.
• Annual software maintenance and support services for the duration of the software license agreement as per the Maintenance, Defect Correction and Support Specifications in the “Specification Tables” section of this Request.
