SEA 1000 Integrated Project Team (IPT) Accommodation Project

This project involves the refurbishment of existing office accommodation consisting of offices, conference rooms and support facilities, located at Dudley Park in Adelaide, to accommodate 50-70 personnel with scope for future expansion (up to 150 in the longer term), as well as associated security systems / secure rooms for the use of Defence personnel. This project requires practical completion to be achieved prior to 21 June 2013. The preferred Tenderer will be engaged under the standard Defence Medium Works Contract (Construct Only) and accordingly, the preferred Tenderer will be required to coordinate and manage the construction of the entire scope of works for this project.
