Description
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) seeks to engage a suitably qualified, experienced and vendor-independent Consultant to assist the department to acquire and sucessfully implement an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
The Consultant will work with DPS over the life of the project which is etimated to be between 24 and 36 months. The role of the Consultant is to ensure that adequate definition, training and change management effort are applied throughout the procurement and implementation stages.
