Description
The Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO) has developed the X Windows Recording and Playback System (XWRAPS) to record simulation exercises where screen captures and mouse/keystroke events are recorded.XWRAPS performs the recording by taking periodic screenshots and tracking all the mouse and keyboard events. XWRAPS uses the program vncrec to record the display and cnee to track the mouse and keyboard events.Currently, only the mouse and keyboard events are used for analysis.The services required are to provide an analysis tool that will take both the vncrec and cnee data files, synchronise these files to display and playback using the rfbplayer.
