Description
The Western Australian Tourism Commission, trading as Tourism Western Australia (Tourism WA) is a statutory authority under the portfolio of the newly created Department of Jobs, Tourism Science and Innovation and is governed by a Board of Commissioners. Tourism WA is seeking to appoint a suitable Respondent to provide;
- System improvements and customisation of digital analytics software for its websites and mobile application;
- Insights reporting support for various digital projects and campaigns;
- Strategic analytics advice relevant to digital activities and business objectives and implementation / development of any adopted strategic initiatives;
- Training on new analytics software and digital insights; and
- Operator support of a digital analytics software platform.
