The Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Department at Armadale Hospital has identified a requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) only Microdebriders, inclusive of accessories (or options) and consumables.
This Request also includes the provision of an optional post-warranty maintenance agreement for a period of up to four (4) years and an optional consumables agreement for up to five (5) years.
