Provision of Testing and Maintenance Services for Fire Protection Systems

East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS), North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) have a requirement for the provision of a comprehensive routine preventative maintenance service and reporting for fire protection systems and equipment located across the following EMHS, NMHS and SMHS hospitals and health service sites:

East Metropolitan Health Service

1. Armadale Health Service (AHS);
2. Bentley Health Service (BHS);
3. Kalamunda Hospital (KH); and
4. Royal Perth Hospital (RPH).

North Metropolitan Health Service

1. Graylands Selby-Lemnos and Special Care Health Service (GSCHS);
2. King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH);
3. Osborne Park Hospital (OPH); and
4. Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEII).

South Metropolitan Health Service

1. Fremantle Hospital and Health Service (FHHS);
2. Murray District Hospital (MDH);
3. Rockingham General Hospital (RGH);
4. Kwinana Community Health Service (KCHS);
5. Mandurah Community Health Service (MCHS); and
6. Rockingham Mental Health Service (RMHS).
