Detailed Design for the Bellevue Depot

The Consultant will work on behalf of the METRONET Railcar Procurement Project Director in order to develop the Bellevue Site plan from feasibility through to "Issued for Construction" drawings and support the PTA and their chosen Contractor through construction of the facilities.

Prioritising the Assembly and Commissioning facilities, the Consultant is required to:

a) Review and finalise the Project Requirements Specification;

b) Complete the detailed design of the Bellevue Railcar Depot, including Stakeholder engagement;

c) Lead the Development Application for the site and gain all relevant Approvals for Construction and Operations;

d) Preparation of the technical specifications, drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) necessary for construction, inclusive of services and internal infrastructure as agreed;

e) Obtain and provide P90 estimates for the works;

f) Support the PTA in developing and issuing the Tender for, and management of, construction contracts
