Description
The PTA requires the services of specialist environmental consultancies to assist with obtaining environmental approvals for its projects, including the State Government’s METRONET rail infrastructure projects. Assistance will be required with State and Commonwealth environmental approvals under Parts IV and V of the Environmental Protection Act 1987, Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914 and Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. This environmental approvals support will include provision of advice, preparation of approval applications and supporting documentation and auditing services.
