Description
The RPV-AT requires the capability to carry Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) weapon systems including render safe disruptors.It must have the ability to operate a variety of systems, be adaptable to exterior explosive and hazardous vapour detection equipment and be able to operate by means of Radio Frequency and Fibre Optic cable.It must be capable of travelling over uneven terrain, and have audio/visual feedback capability.The vehicle must be capable of operating in extreme conditions, including undulating broken ground, capable of operating after complete submergence in water, capable of conducting manoeuvres in soft sand, heavy wet mud, iced surface terrain and dense forested areas.
