Design and project management services for a Canberra fitout

The Project includes:

1. the relocation of the AAT’s Canberra office, currently located at 40 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra City to the Site;
2. the design of the AAT’s fitout of its new premises at the Site;
3. tendering the Fitout Works;
4. letting the contract to the successful tenderer of the Fitout Works;
5. administering the Fitout Works Contract;
6. procurement of loose furniture, fittings, white goods and workstations;
7. exiting the lease for existing premises; and
8. relocation of AAT’s operations from its existing premises to the new fitted out premises at the Site.
