HMAS Creswell Civil Works Project Building consists of the upgrade of Crane Road, an existing access road that connects the main base to the lower sports ground. It is generally made up of a compacted road base surface which frequently requires maintenance to repair pothole damage caused after excessive rain. The project is proposing to upgrade the road to remove this maintenance requirement.
