Salisbury Community Hub - Contract Works Superintendent

The Salisbury Community Hub project involves the construction of a new building to serve as the Council’s front of house for customer and community services, new civic spaces, council chambers, gallery, community accessible meeting areas and library, learning and information facilities along with a functional office space for the Council’s administration, premised upon activity based working principles. The new building is to be located in the Salisbury City Centre.

The project also involves the design and delivery of all necessary construction and upgrades to the adjacent Civic Square plaza and surrounding streetscapes to fully integrate the new building and incorporation of outdoor programmable spaces.

Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as Superintendent to administer the novated design and construction works contract for this project.
