Description
Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) – specifically Custodial Corrections – uses urine drug tests on offenders in custody and drug treatment centres and programs. The existing contract for supply of oral drug testing devices expires 30 Sept 2022, with no further extension options. If the existing contract expires without a new agreement in place, CSNSW will be unable to undertake BAU functions, including monitoring court-imposed drug abstention conditions.
