The PTA are seeking a suitably qualified testing provider to: Administer an online leadership-focussed skills gap assessment tool for development purposes, namely Saville Wave Styles Assessment, on an as-needed basis. Provide a written complementary feedback report / development guide for each individual who undertakes the assessment, identifying an individual’s current leadership skillset (e.g., strategic, operational/technical, people), areas of strength, and areas for further development.
