Software Subscription and Support Renewal for IBM Software

The Infrastructure Operations Directorate within CorpTech is seeking a one (1) year Software Subscription and Support Renewal for nominated licensed IBM software products through a single supplier.
This offer had been previously issued as CT0108.0910 which was withdrawn at 9.20am Queensland Time on 5/02/2010 due to the insertion of additional information. The offer has been reissued as this offer CT0108A.0910. The differences to the previous offer documentation are specified below:

a) “CT0108A.0910” inserted in lieu of “CT0108.0910”.
b) Part A, Response Form 6.4 has additional questions inserted addressing the SME Participation Scheme.
c) Part A, Response Form 6.6 has been inserted. This is the Industry Development Questionnaire.
d) Part C, Clause 1.4 has been changed.
e) Part A, Section 5.2: Additional Conditions of Contract have now been inserted. This section was previously blank.
f) Part A, Section 4.1: An additional evaluation criteria has been inserted as 4) SME Participation.
g) Part A, Section 4.1: Reference to Evaluation Criteria No.4 has been inserted.
h) Part A, Section 3.4 is now Part A, Section 3.5.
i) Part A, Section 3.4 is a new section that has been inserted.
j) Part A, Part 1, Section 8 and Part A, Section 3.5.1and Response Question 6.2.1 now refers to Response Forms 6.1 to 6.6.
