Fitout of Keppel Electorate Office

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the fitout of Keppel Electorate Office located at Shop 6 "Yeppoon Central Shoping Centre", 42 Park Street, Yeppoon.

It includes the provision of :

• an encosed office for the Member of Parliament;
• secure waiting room;
• meeting room;
• open plan office spaces;
• store room;
• kitchenette; and
• a PWD toilet facility.

Furniture suppliers are asked NOT to lodge a proposal as the furniture package has been determined.

This is a time critical project due to the current lease expiring on 31 October. The functional fitout must be completed no later than Friday 18 October.
