A project to be undertaken

The scope of works includes the following: • Temporary Refurbishment of Staff Accommodation, Internal works within Western wing of existing Hospital and Decanting Works; o Demolish of existing; internal doors, walls, floor coverings and windows; o Retain existing finishes where appropriate;o Installation of new compliant access ramp; o Demolition and remove existing FFE/ME o Relocation of FFE o Rearrangement of existing FFE/MME and medical services; o Repurpose rooms to make them operationally functional; • Demolition of Eastern Wing of existing Hospital, Construction of new main Hospital facility and Civil Works; o Demolition of the Eastern portion of Temora Hospital at an agreed cut line; o Structural propping of new and existing walls at the cut line; o Demolition of Community Building and Water Filtration Shed; o Construction of new Main Clinical Hospital including all external works and plant; o Decanting FFE, ME and medical services into the newly constructed Main Clinical Hospital Temporarily decant garden equipment into staff accommodate store; o Construction of new road and new maintenance shed;o Demolition of existing Maintenance shed. • Demolition of Western Wing of existing Hospital, Construction of new Ambulatory care facility; and o Demolition of existing Western Wing; o Construction of new Ambulatory Care facility and Carparking and Ambulatory Care loading bay. • Construction of Civil and landscaping works.
