Refurbishment of Nurses Quarters, 43 Spring Street, Kojonup

WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking offers for the refurbishment of the Nurses Quarters located at 43 Spring Street St, Kojonup. The refurbishment works to include the kitchen, dining and living areas , six bedrooms, five bathrooms one ensuite, one UAL and two verandah areas. The Nurses Quarters are part of a brick, single-story dwelling, approximately 60 years old. The building also includes a Matrons Flat which is included in the refurbishment works as described in this Request. Kojonup is located 263 kms South-East from Perth, Western Australia. The kitchen, dining and living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and verandahs require general refurbishment and modernisation. Work will also include upgrades to the electrical (power and lighting), smoke detection fire system, mechanical and hydraulic systems and building structures.
