This project is the subject of Australian Government funding. Accordingly, the Australian Government requires that contractors engaged by the Principal MUST be accredited under and comply with the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme and comply with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (Code) and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, May 2012 (Guidelines).
