This procurement seeks the supply and delivery of four (4) complete whole shed gassing deployment systems capable of delivering both carbon dioxide delivered as liquid carbon dioxide and nitrogen supplied as liquid nitrogen through a multi point release system. Each system must be suited for whole shed gassing in both commercial broiler and layer operations, including in operations with colony and aviary style cages. The system must enable the delivery of both CO2 and nitrogen gas, supplied in liquid form, at multiple injection points throughout a shed, through properly rated modular cryogenic hoses, to ensure even and effective gas delivery throughout the shed in the shortest possible time without reducing the shed temperature below freezing prior to the birds becoming unconscious. The systems must be capable of filling an enclosed poultry shed with a minimum internal area of 12,000m3 with either gaseous carbon dioxide or nitrogen within 90 minutes. Release of CO2 and nitrogen must be directed away from the birds. Th system must be capable of rapid deployment, portable and mobile, with minimal setup time regardless of farm layout. The system must be modular and scalable, capable of deployment in both small and large sheds. The system must be easy to clean and disinfect following use. The system must produce as little ice (dry ice or ice from liquid nitrogen) as possible to reduce ventilation time after gassing.
