Corinda SHS Block L Roof Replacement (Rectification and Refurbishment)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Block L roof replacements at Corinda State High School, located at 46 Pratten Street, Corinda QLD 4075, as part of the Rectification and Reinstatement (R&R) program.

Block L is three separate wings interconnected by a large enclosed passage. The roofs on this building is to be progressively replaced and handed back over to the school as the wings are completed. The position of the building is at the front of the school with easy site access and ample working space. Works are required to commence in the upcoming September school holidays and all works are to be completed by the end of October 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
