Customer Rail Transfer Services (Maryborough West, Proserpine, Bowen) - Travel Network

Queensland Rail is issuing this Invitation to Tender with the purpose of engaging up to three (3) Contractors to provide Provision of Customer Rail Transfer Services - Travel Network to service the Maryborough West, Proserpine and Bowen regions.

1. Region 1 - Railbus Service to operate from Maryborough West railway station (Region 1) to and from Hervey Bay. This Service is required to cater for customer transfers to and pick-ups from Maryborough Town, Hervey Bay, Urangan, Torquay and Scarness.

2. Region 2 - Railbus Service to operate from Proserpine railway station (Region 2) to and from Airlie Beach/Shute Harbour. This Service is required to cater for customer transfers to and pick-ups from Shute Harbour, Jubilee Pocket, Airlie Beach, Coral Sea Marina and Cannonvale.

3. Region 3 - Transfer Service to operate from Bowen railway station (Region 3) to and from Bowen Town to connect with the Spirit of Queensland rail service.

Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tool that will be used for the receipt of tender submissions. Queensland Rail will not accept any hardcopy responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
