Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service plans to upgrade to a managed service Financial Management Information System (FMIS) application by July 2024, and is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from potential FMIS suppliers to replace its current "On Premise" solution.
It is expected the solution will be able to provide the following at a minimum:
- Core accounting functionalities - accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets etc.
- Ability to easily interface or integrate with existing key systems
- Ability to easily download data for financial analysis and reporting
- Additional features that will support the business requirements that are unique to the QPS with regards to services provided to Members of Parliament
