Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at Lot 175 46 Lefroy Street, Pemberton WA 6260. The property is currently VACANT.
The Work includes but is not limited to the following works as per Annexure 1 and 2.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
