The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:
Demolition of QBuild Depot, 44 Victoria Parade, Thursday Island
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
- Appropriate Asbestos and Demolition licence to undertake the entire scope of works
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
- Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 1
- Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)
