The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Energy and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for::
Document and Construction of a new Neighbourhood Centre located at 98 Birch Street, Manunda
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
- Office located within the FNQ region
- Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2
- Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)
