Description
The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) invites submissions from potential suppliers (Respondents) for the provision of the Monitoring And Evaluation House “Buka Hatene” (Timor Leste) (the Requirements in accordance with this Expression of Interest (EOI).
This EOI is the first stage of a two stage tendering process. DFAT will shortlist Respondents from this EOI process who will be invited to submit a tender in the second stage, the Request for Tender (RFT).A failure to respond to this EOI will result in a potential supplier not being eligible to participate in any subsequent RFT process.
The Statement of Requirements is set out in Schedule 1 of this EOI.
The successful provider of M&E House cannot be the recipient of DFAT funding for other services in Timor Leste for the duration of M&E House contract.
