Camera Deployment Scheduling Solution

Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR)) to submit Offers for a Camera Deployment Scheduling Solution (CDSS) for Mobile Phone and Seatbelt Technology (MPST) enforcement cameras and future cameras/offence types, as further specified in the Invitation to Offer (ITO) TMRICT22032.

The scope includes provision of:

(a) the Solution including:

(i) Software (Licensed Software or Developed Software as necessary to meet the Requirements); OR

(ii) As-a-Service (only applicable for Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) based solutions);

and either

(iii) Managed Services – where the Solution is hosted in TMR's tenancy (preferred); OR

(iv) Managed Services – where the Solution is hosted in the Supplier’s tenancy;

(b) Software Support Services;

(c) Systems Integration;

(d) ICT Professional Services; and

(e) Training.

The following is out of scope:

(a) deployment validation;

(b) development of new deployment scheduling approaches or methods; and

(c) business process outsourcing of deployment scheduling function.

The Successful Supplier will be required to enter into a Contract governed by the QITC Framework (Mandatory Requirement). A Draft Contract is included in the Specification Documents issued with this ITO.

Suppliers must complete and return the Confidentiality Deed issued with this ITO to [email hidden] in order to receive the full set of Specifications and Requirements. Access to these confidential Requirements is essential for Suppliers to submit a Conforming Offer.
