KILKIVAN EQUESTRIAN COMPLEX - DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION - OPTION 1 and 2

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of the Kilkivan Equestrian Complex at the Kilkivan Showgrounds as per the specifications, plans and information provided.

Tenderers are requested to provide a breakdown pricing submission of their tender in addition to wo alternative options:

1. 80m x 45m undercover arena (80 x 40m arena surface) complete with lighting, 3 phase power, sound, fencing plus 48m x 10m skillion spectator area and;
2. 80m x 40m undercover arena (80 x 35m arena surface) complete with lighting, 3 phase power, sound, fencing plus 48m x 10m skillion spectator area.

Provisional Items (if order) that are requested to be priced include:

3. Construction of an access road to the arena site in accordance with the access road Principal’s Reference Design drawings and specification provided; and
4. Arena irrigation system.

Site Inspection (Non-Mandatory)
Tenderers are advised that a non-mandatory site inspection has been scheduled to be held at the Kilkivan Showgrounds, 88 Mudlo Road, Kilkivan at 10:00am on Tuesday 20 November 2018.
The site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the Closing Attendance is limited to a maximum of three (3) representatives of each Tenderer.
Representatives to wear long sleeve shirt, long trousers, sun protective hat, safety vest and steel cap boots.Time and undertake limited inspections of the bridge sites able to accessed.
