Provision of Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) CSSD PRE-VACUUM STEAM STERILISERS

Background

Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) have two (2) Pre-Vacuum Steam Sterilisers identified for replacement (RFQ may not be limited to two (2)) and which are subject to AS4187 compliance.

Offers to include options for additional quantities should MSH require additional equipment (Trade-in of old equipment is to be factored into Offer).

• Options/accessories: Racks, Trolleys and any other options available
• Decommissioning, removal of old equipment, installation of new equipment and full commissioning of equipment to be scoped, planned and quoted for under this Request for Quote (RFQ) process.

Mandatory Industry Briefing & Site Visit - allow for 2 hours

MSH requests the RFQ documentation, specification and plan be reviewed prior to the scheduled Mandatory Industry Briefing and Site Visit.
