Description
DBCA is seeking experienced and licensed Contractor/s to ensure the availability of safe and suitable aviation fuel (Jet A-1 and Avgas) during its aviation operations for the contract term. The Term of the Customer Contract is five years. There will be two extension options of three and two years respectively.
The Goods and Services required are divided into two categories:
- Category 1 - Supply of Aviation Fuel Products
- Category 2 - Provision of Aviation Fuel Management Services
Respondents may submit an Offer for one or both categories.
The categories will be awarded in either of the following ways:
- a single supplier for both categories; or
- a single supplier for each category.
Respondents must be willing to work with the other Contractor if a different supplier is appointed for each category.
