Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) requires a suitably experienced provider to supply a SaaS arrangement for managing a rental business, including availability management, reservation management, inventory management and maintenance management.

The successful Respondent’s proposed solution will provide a highly specialised online booking experience that will need to perform adequately under extreme load without degradation of service and manage a variety of functions related to the booking and processing of payments for all hire items and other products that RIA sells.
