Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the complete design and construction of a new Transperth bus depot facility located in Jandakot.
The purpose of this project is to provide a new Transperth bus depot facility that will be operated by a bus service provider inclusive of administration office, workshop, bus parking & car parking areas.
This project includes the design, supply, delivery, installation, alterations, additions, testing, commissioning and warranty of all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, communications, security, compressed air, fuel services and oil services as outlined in Specification and reference design drawings.
