Builder's Prequalification - Financial Level 1 - Techincal Level Conventional
Non-Mandatory Site Visit - Tuesday 11th October at 10:00am -
- Please assemble outside the Administration Building. From there you will be escorted to each
building to be inspected. - All Tenderers will have the option of physical inspection of buildings from ground level, and by
ladders to 1st and 2nd storey roofs. - Ladders for inspections will be provided on site for all inspections.
- All Tenderers must comply with clauses 1.15 Visiting The Site and 2.15 Restrictions On Access.
Tenderers are encouraged to visit the site at the pre-arranged date and time as roof access will not
be granted after the designated time. - Each school has a priority programme as to which buildings can be vacated and when to allow
work to proceed in an orderly manner; a works duration programme has also been prepared.
