Description
SA Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) currently have 3 Elevators located at their premises which require service and maintenance. The three (3) lifts are located in the MFS headquarters building (Adelaide Station), 99 Wakefield Street, Adelaide. The lifts were upgraded approximately 6 years ago. The existing comprehensive maintenance contract has expired and a vendor currently maintains all 3 lifts to the necessary standards.
The project requirements are to continue to maintain the MFS's lifts to the highest standards. The lifts are used 24 hours a day seven days a week and are an integral part of the headquarters building.
The objective is to have a 5 year Comprehensive Maintenance Service agreement. The agreement will provide for excellent communication between the Service provider and the MFS, safe & reliable lifts with full service documentation.
