The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to provide information on the nature and scope of Council requirements with the intention of encouraging innovative automation solutions with progressive technologies and provision of specialist payroll solutions.
Council requires a payroll outsourcing solution that is web based, accurate, flexible, simple to use, automates manual functions, robust and has effective reporting systems that assists in management of business processes and reduces duplication of effort and transfers the day to day processing to a third party organisation.
